Qualifications & Experience
- Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel for branch and customer site visits when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customer account creation, credit limit enhancements, and customer blocking/unblocking processes.
- Review customer registration forms, update customer information, and upload supporting documents into the system.
- Maintain physical and digital records to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and audit readiness.
- Support branch, subsidiary, and customer site visits for operational audits and process reviews.
- Assist with perpetual inventory counts, stock verification activities, and audit requirements.
- Support special projects and business process improvement initiatives assigned by management.
- Assist in maintaining operational documentation and preparing reports.
