Qualifications & Experience
- NCT (Civil), NDT, HNDE, or an equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project construction or housing projects.
- Good understanding of commercial construction practices, quality standards, statutory compliance, and site safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
- Ability to work at project sites as required.
- Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Preferred age between 25 and 45 years.
- Male candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects independently while ensuring project timelines and budgets are achieved.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, management, and the head office throughout project execution.
- Supervise construction site activities to ensure compliance with approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure all finishing works meet quality specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports and verify invoices and bill payments.
- Assist with procurement and purchasing activities while ensuring cost-effective sourcing.
- Support project documentation and maintain accurate project records.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and site supervision skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
