Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and dispensing practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in dispensing medications accurately according to prescriptions and company guidelines.
- Handle prescriptions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide customers with information on medication usage, dosage, and storage.
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of medications and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with doctors, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate dispensing and smooth workflow.
- Support daily pharmacy operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
