Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in test automation within a software development environment.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or K6.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Experience using test management and issue tracking platforms such as Jira.
- Knowledge of API testing and API automation will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for APIs and applications.
- Execute automated API tests to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve software defects.
- Improve test automation processes by implementing efficient testing strategies.
- Support release readiness through comprehensive testing and quality validation.
- Collaborate with development teams to maintain seamless application integrations.
- Provide clear testing insights and recommendations to support project decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA automation methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in API testing and automation.
- Knowledge of performance testing concepts and tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global hybrid work environment.
