Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on Saturdays for a half day when required.
- Proficiency in both English and Tamil languages.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounting documentation.
- Process payroll and related employee payments accurately.
- Perform monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure tax compliance and timely statutory filings.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Monitor organizational cash flow and financial transactions.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to management.
