Qualifications & Experience
- National Certificate in Technology (NCT), Higher National Diploma (HND), Higher National Diploma in Engineering (HNDE) in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering and construction projects, with specific experience in housing projects.
- Age below 45 years.
- Male candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project-related administrative documentation and site paperwork.
- Monitor day-to-day project progress, quality standards, and overall site performance.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports and updates to senior management.
- Handle sub-contractors, monitor their operational performance, and manage related documentation.
- Work with engineering drawings and visual modeling tools using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the technical team and on-site workforce.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in technical drawing software including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Sound knowledge of civil engineering practices, site supervisory techniques, and housing construction standards.
- Ability to multitask, manage site operations efficiently, and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, team coordination, and reporting skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and practical on-site management competence.
