Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject area is required.
- PhD or Master’s qualifications are required for teaching Bachelor’s and Master’s level programmes.
- Prior experience in lecturing or academic teaching will be an added advantage.
- Relevant academic or professional expertise in the assigned IT module.
- Candidates should have the ability to deliver subject content effectively to higher education students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and academic sessions in the assigned IT subject areas.
- Prepare and present relevant teaching materials.
- Explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Conduct lessons according to the academic requirements of the relevant programme.
- Support students in understanding theoretical and practical aspects of the subject.
- Encourage student engagement, critical thinking and practical application of knowledge.
- Maintain appropriate academic and professional standards during teaching activities.
- Work collaboratively with the academic team when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the relevant IT subject area.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good academic and teaching abilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
