Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and public relations skills.

- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support for business-critical applications.

- Maintain accurate documentation, support logs, and status reports.
