Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SQL, Selenium IDE, or Azure Test Plans will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in QA Automation will be an added advantage.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional and technical testing for web applications, API integrations, and mobile applications using both manual and automation testing techniques.
- Prepare comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Coordinate and guide Junior Quality Assurance Engineers.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and provide quality recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Software Engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage and adhere to software release cycles.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects until resolution.
- Ensure software products meet quality standards before production releases.
