Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and relevant portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and/or Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, branding, and layout design.
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software will be a significant advantage.
• Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing design will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative materials for the school’s branding, marketing, and communication activities.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Produce print-ready artwork, including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, invitations, and certificates.
• Support school programs and events with timely design solutions.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity according to school branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Edit and produce short promotional videos, event highlights, and multimedia content where required.
• Manage design files, creative assets, and project documentation effectively.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
