Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Age below 30 years.
• Excellent academic record with successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
• Degree or part/full professional qualification in Credit Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit operations, credit evaluation, or branch operations.
• Sound knowledge of leasing, hire purchase, personal loan products, and credit procedures.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in Tamil will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit proposals and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
• Monitor branch operations and provide credit-related support within the assigned region.
• Conduct field visits and portfolio reviews to maintain portfolio quality.
• Approve credit facilities within delegated authority limits.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with credit processes.
• Minimize non-performing facilities through proactive monitoring and timely intervention.
• Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support continuous improvement of regional credit operations.
