Qualifications & Experience
- HND/NCT in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in working within a computerized business environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Male candidates below 35 years of age are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and connect with potential customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Provide technical support and product-related guidance to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, quality assurance, and other internal teams.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of products and services.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers.
- Support clients with technical expertise related to ready-mix concrete products and applications.
