Qualifications & Experience
- Full or part qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Banking would be advantageous.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the banking or finance sector.
- Exposure to Liability Sales, Business Banking, Transactional Banking, or Relationship Banking.
- Knowledge of basic banking operations, including cash and cheque facilities.
- Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Customer-focused and target-driven personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen and expand the existing Current Account portfolio by building relationships with existing customers and acquiring new Business Banking and SME customers.
- Increase revenue through the introduction of innovative fee-based banking facilities and services.
- Execute sales strategies to attract new Business Banking and SME customers.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and coordinating with branch managers and support departments.
- Manage all current account transaction requirements within the assigned region.
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and enhance portfolio growth.
- Support the achievement of business targets through proactive client engagement.
