Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in finance, billing, accounting, or related financial roles.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, receivables management, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in accounting and billing operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and internal control procedures.
- Previous experience in a finance department is essential.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate finance-related activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting and billing functions.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Supervise finance-related activities and provide management with financial insights.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor receivables and financial performance indicators.
- Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
