Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Alternatively, partial qualification in CA, CIMA, or ACCA from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with AI and digital capabilities will have a competitive advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Flash Reports, MIS reports, and Q Packs.
- Handle General Ledger (GL) functions and related accounting activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage foreign debtors and foreign payments.
- Calculate and process VAT and stamp duty payments.
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting systems.
