Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong practical experience using QuickBooks is essential.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial record management.
- Experience in bank reconciliations and invoice management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
- Record daily financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process supplier invoices and maintain accounts payable records.
- Assist with VAT tracking and financial reporting activities.
- Maintain organized digital records of financial documents.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
- Assist in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and other stakeholders when required.

- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
