Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) and G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examinations.
- NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent qualification, or a higher professional qualification in Air Conditioning / HVAC.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.
- Age below 35 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer complaints by diagnosing and resolving air conditioning and electrical product issues.
- Perform air conditioning and electrical product installations according to company standards and safety requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field teams.
- Supervise and support internal Service Field Assistants (SFAs) to ensure quality and efficiency in service operations.
- Maintain accurate service records and update work order information in SFAS/IFS systems.
- Share technical knowledge, service updates, and best practices with team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and technical procedures.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while achieving service performance targets.
