Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) and G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examinations.
- NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent qualification, or a higher professional qualification in Air Conditioning / HVAC.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HVAC or industrial air conditioning role.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.
- Age below 35 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Install industrial air conditioning systems and related HVAC components according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on air conditioning units and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs on HVAC equipment.
- Follow company procedures for installations, servicing, and repairs using mobile applications to ensure service accuracy and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HVAC industry standards.
- Handle HVAC tools, equipment, and refrigerants safely and responsibly.
- Provide technical support and quality after-sales service to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Technical expertise in industrial air conditioning systems.
- Fault diagnosis and repair skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage service assignments.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and refrigerant handling.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ERP systems.
