Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the apparel or manufacturing sector is required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and HR administration.
- Fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Willingness to be based in Mannar.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Handle employee relations matters and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Administer disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Coordinate with department heads on workforce planning and staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational standards.
