Based in the Colombo and Galle branches, the selected candidates will be responsible for managing high-net-worth client portfolios, acquiring new clients, delivering tailored financial solutions, and supporting the growth of the bank’s private banking business while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
- Full or part qualification in Credit, Retail Banking, or Banking.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university is preferred.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Banking or Finance.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience at Executive level or above in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Private Banking Operations, Wealth Management Operations, or servicing High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
- Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of growing client portfolios.
- Excellent command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by providing tailored financial solutions.
- Achieve branch and private banking business targets through proactive client engagement.
- Cross-sell and upsell products including investments, cards, deposits, loans, and insurance.
- Maintain high-quality communication and customer service standards to strengthen client relationships.
- Monitor transactions and identify unusual patterns in compliance with AML requirements.
- Assist with branch-level compliance checks and audit readiness activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
- Organize promotional campaigns and client engagement events to enhance brand presence and business growth.
