Qualifications & Experience
- Completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination with good results.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- School leavers who are eager to begin their careers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to branch operations.
- Prepare and maintain documents for the Sales Support Division.
- Maintain registers and records related to branch operations.
- Handle inbound calls and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Support daily branch administrative functions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
