Qualifications & Experience

  • G.C.E. O/L qualification.
  • G.C.E. A/L qualification will be considered an added advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and documentation.
  • Experience in warehouse or stores operations will be beneficial.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and stock information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control systems.
  • Receive, store, and issue materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with production and purchasing departments regarding inventory requirements.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Monitor stock movements and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure efficient warehouse and store operations.
  • Assist in minimizing stock discrepancies and losses.
