Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Age between 22 and 35 years.
- Applications are welcome from both male and female candidates.
- Experience in warehouse operations, store records, and GRN operations will be an added advantage.
- Experience with the Tillmax system will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, inventory, storekeeping, or data entry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Check incoming goods and verify stock accuracy.
- Raise purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders.
- Enter and maintain data using Excel and accounting software.
- Organize and manage physical and digital documentation.
- Maintain stock records and supplier databases.
- Prepare and issue inventory and operational reports.
- Support purchasing and procurement activities.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management.
