Qualifications & Experience
- Marketing Management qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in a similar managerial capacity.
- Experience within Industrial, Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Appliance-related industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala is required.
- Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in office applications.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Jaffna.
- Demonstrated leadership and business development experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to effectively manage branch operations.
- Oversee sales, marketing, technical service activities, and distributor network operations.
- Ensure compliance with company operational standards, policies, and procedures.

- Plan, direct, and coordinate branch operations to achieve corporate objectives.
