Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within FMCG, water distribution, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of inventory and logistics management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage branch petty cash operations, including monitoring balances, recording transactions, verifying bills, and preparing reimbursement reports.
  • Handle receipting, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities to ensure accurate financial records and timely collections.
  • Oversee branch operations, including sales coordination and logistics activities.
  • Ensure timely product deliveries to customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse operations.
  • Supervise branch staff, including sales, delivery, and administrative personnel.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system updates related to sales, deliveries, returns, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with distributors and stakeholders to ensure smooth branch operations.
  • Monitor outstanding collections, credit controls, and recovery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Analyze branch performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
