Qualifications & Experience
- Part qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or ICSL.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Age below 35 years.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.
- Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and financial data to support decision-making.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Work with accounting software and financial systems to generate insights.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather business requirements.
- Monitor key business metrics and prepare management reports.
- Support software implementation and consultancy projects when required.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of business and financial information.
