Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound calling, call center operations, or web-based customer service is preferred.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in both English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in building a career in the BPO/KPO industry.
- Previous travel-related industry experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Age between 18 and 40 years.
