Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk operations, office administration, facilities coordination, customer service, or patient relations.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service management environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Tamil language proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional approach to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily patient relations and customer care operations.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and patient satisfaction across all touchpoints.

- Coordinate with hospital departments to maintain smooth patient experiences.
- Monitor service quality standards and implement continuous improvements.
