Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk operations, office administration, facilities coordination, customer service, or patient relations.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service management environments will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Tamil language proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
