Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Experience in the healthcare or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Proven ability to handle complex billing and cash management processes accurately.
- Professional fluency in English and Sinhala.
- Strong customer relationship management experience.
- Ability to work on a roster basis.
- Experience handling patient concerns and service recovery activities will be an advantage.
