Qualifications & Experience
- Previous sales experience in pharmaceutical, surgical, medical, or healthcare products will be an advantage
- Familiarity with the Southern, Northern, or Sabaragamuwa regions is preferred
- Age between 20–30 years
- Valid riding license is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories
- School leavers with strong sales potential may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Visit pharmacies, healthcare providers, and retail outlets within assigned territories
- Promote and demonstrate healthcare products to customers
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Support branding, promotional, and marketing activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market updates
- Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
