Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. A/L qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Experience using CRM or helpdesk systems will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex matters to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
