Qualifications & Experience

  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
  • Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Valid riding license is required.
  • Age between 20 and 30 years.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with field sales activities and territory management will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products within assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer network.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
