Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales management, or dealer network management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in sales planning and target achievement.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, and territory management.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Product and market knowledge in the automotive or battery industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and drive automotive battery sales through dealer and direct sales channels.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring timely debt collection and recovery.
- Execute branding, promotional, and marketing activities within assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers while monitoring dealer performance.
- Identify opportunities to expand dealer networks and grow market presence.
- Coordinate stock availability and logistics with relevant internal departments.
- Handle customer and dealer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, reporting standards, and operational procedures.
- Support management with business development initiatives and operational improvements.
