Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and/or a professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
- More than 10 years of experience in retail sales.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a retail showroom.
- Experience in the porcelain, homeware, or related retail sector will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong leadership qualities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage showroom staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, including stock management, merchandising, and customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.
- Train, coach, and motivate showroom staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety, and security requirements.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Maintain excellent showroom presentation and operational efficiency.
