Qualifications & Experience
- More than 1 year of working experience in Credit, Credit Verification, Recoveries, or a related field.
- Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
- Partial completion of a recognized professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid riding license is mandatory.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or lending institutions will be beneficial.
- Willingness to travel to branches and client locations when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify credit applications submitted by individuals and businesses.
- Conduct detailed investigations on a random basis to identify discrepancies or potential fraudulent activities.
- Communicate with customers to obtain missing information and clarify application details.
- Ensure all credit checks and verification processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate verification records and documentation.
- Support credit risk assessment activities and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate efficient processing of credit applications.
- Assist in strengthening credit quality and fraud prevention measures.
