Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role
- Experience in breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance activities
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Working experience in the Food and Beverage industry will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in shift operations
- Age below 35 years
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure raw material and packaging material availability for daily production plans
- Monitor and maintain material and energy reconciliation within the assigned section
- Achieve established production KPIs and operational targets
- Organize and direct workforce activities to improve process efficiency and productivity
- Maintain GMP practices and compliance with ISO, SLS, AIB, HACCP, QAS, and food safety requirements
- Support employee development and succession planning initiatives
- Generate production reports and provide management information
- Attend to machine breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities for production lines
- Execute production transactions through SAP and manual documentation systems
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
