Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in road construction projects.
- Technical qualification in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience supervising construction labour and site operations.
- Strong understanding of road construction methods and site management practices.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or expressway projects will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily road construction activities on-site.
- Lead and manage labour teams to ensure productivity and project progress.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain site safety standards and enforce workplace safety regulations.
- Identify construction issues and report them to project management.
- Assist in achieving project milestones within scheduled timelines.
