Qualifications & Experience
- NCT (Quantity Surveying) qualification or an equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 04 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 02 years of experience in a similar capacity within road construction projects.
- Sound understanding of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and project valuation.
- Ability to work effectively within construction project environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Assist in project budgeting, cost planning, and financial monitoring.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and interim payment applications.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and quantities.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- Prepare reports related to project progress, valuations, and contract administration.
- Support the successful completion of road construction projects within budget requirements.
