As part of its continued growth, Finex Engineering is looking for an experienced professional to lead its industrial flooring division and support project execution and business expansion initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction and industrial flooring/coating applications.
- Proven experience in project management, procurement, and operational leadership.
- Strong understanding of industrial flooring technologies and applications.
- Hands-on experience with epoxy flooring systems.
- Knowledge of polyurethane flooring systems.
- Experience with protective coatings and concrete floor repair works will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational teams simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage industrial flooring and coating projects from commencement to completion.
- Supervise epoxy, polyurethane, and specialized flooring/coating applications.
- Manage project planning, site execution, quality assurance, and project coordination.
- Conduct project negotiations, tender reviews, and commercial discussions with clients and suppliers.
- Handle procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Lead operational teams and provide technical and managerial guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support business development and project acquisition activities.
- Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
