Qualifications & Experience
- Fully or partly qualified in AAT.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in petty cash management or a related finance role.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in office applications.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor debtor balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Prepare basic financial and debtor-related reports.
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
- Support daily finance operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
