Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Information Security from a recognized university.
- Candidates currently pursuing a professional qualification in a related field may also apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in preparing audit reports and strong report-writing skills will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and report on the effectiveness of the bank’s internal control environment to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Conduct critical tests before the implementation of new systems and ensure all expected controls are executed within the Information Systems Audit scope.
- Review and verify compliance with internal guidelines, policies, delegated authority limits, and external regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with management during and after audit assignments.
- Prepare and deliver finalized audit and follow-up reports.
- Support business objectives through effective guidance on controls and risk mitigation measures.
