Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance coordination, and transportation operations.
  • Ability to monitor vehicle servicing schedules and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing fleet-related records, maintenance documentation, and transportation costs will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics coordination, inventory management, and distribution processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily logistics, transportation, and distribution activities.
  • Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, deliveries, and logistics costs.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and transportation efficiency.
  • Coordinate and monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, servicing, repairs, and inspections.
  • Maintain records related to vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, revenue licences, and fleet documentation.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or logistics-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare logistics reports and analyze operational performance.
  • Assist in inventory planning and stock control activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation standards.
