Qualifications & Experience
- BSc (Civil) Degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of total experience in the construction industry.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity managing road construction projects.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure and highway development projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, and construction methodologies.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Central Expressway Project.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure project activities are completed according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Oversee construction progress, risk management, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive project efficiency, productivity, and successful project delivery.
