Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc (Civil) Degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 15 years of total experience in the construction industry.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity managing road construction projects.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure and highway development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, and construction methodologies.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Central Expressway Project.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure project activities are completed according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Oversee construction progress, risk management, and contract administration.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive project efficiency, productivity, and successful project delivery.
