Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior academic leadership position such as Vice Principal, Head of Section, or Principal.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum management and educational standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance and student discipline effectively.
- Experience in educational administration and school operations.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to educational excellence.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to improve academic excellence and student achievement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop academic and support staff.
- Direct school operations and ensure the effective functioning of all departments.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance against institutional objectives.
- Support the implementation of curriculum and educational standards.
- Oversee student discipline and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider school community.
- Manage school resources, facilities, and operational activities efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
