Qualifications & Experience

  • Passed G.C.E. (A/L) in any stream.
  • Certificate course in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Age between 20 and 30 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, emails, and courier services.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
  • Assist in preparing casual labour wage bills and processing payments.
  • Perform general administrative and secretarial duties.
  • Maintain office records and documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
  • Ensure smooth front-office and reception functions.
