Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. (A/L) in any stream.
- Certificate course in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Age between 20 and 30 years.
- Applicants residing in close proximity to Piliyandala will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, emails, and courier services.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
- Assist in preparing casual labour wage bills and processing payments.
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties.
- Maintain office records and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
- Ensure smooth front-office and reception functions.
