Qualifications & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, credit control, finance, or a related field.
- Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer credit accounts, credit limits, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments, credit exposure, and overdue accounts accurately.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on ageing, collections performance, and credit utilization.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly debtor review meetings with sales teams.
- Follow up on overdue payments, disputes, reconciliations, and action items.
- Support sales administration activities including order validation, invoicing, and customer master data maintenance.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, sales personnel, and internal departments.
- Assist in improving order-to-cash processes and administrative efficiency.
