Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
- 2–3 years of software engineering experience
- Minimum 1 year of dedicated hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI and agentic systems in production environments
- Strong understanding of AI architecture, machine learning workflows, and cloud technologies
- Experience developing scalable enterprise-grade software solutions
- Proven ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade multi-agent architectures and stateful AI workflows
- Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions using foundation models and retrieval mechanisms
- Architect and manage secure, scalable AI pipelines on cloud platforms
- Implement MLOps best practices and continuous monitoring frameworks
- Ensure AI system reliability, performance, and governance standards
- Guide software engineers transitioning into AI-focused development
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define, scope, and demonstrate AI capabilities
- Develop enterprise AI applications and intelligent automation solutions
- Establish best practices for AI deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming
- Strong expertise in LangGraph, AgentCore, and agentic AI frameworks
- Experience with AWS cloud services and AI infrastructure
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Bedrock and related AI services
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices and observability tools
- Experience with LangSmith, Datadog, or similar monitoring platforms
- Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems
- Experience with OpenSearch Service and database technologies
- Expertise in API development using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
