Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- BSc Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction.
OR
- HNDE/NDT qualification with a minimum of 8 years of experience in building construction.
- Proven experience in RCC building construction.
- Experience in steel building construction projects.
- Ability to manage construction activities efficiently and maintain project quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure construction work complies with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.

- Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure construction.
