Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision or a related field.
- Knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and site operations.
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Experience in monitoring project progress and maintaining construction quality standards.
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices and site regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Technical or vocational qualifications in construction, civil engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site responsibilities.
