Qualifications & Experience
- Professional qualification in Stores Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in construction projects.
- Experience in inventory management, stores operations, and material handling.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with ERP systems will be beneficial.
- Age preferably between 30 and 50 years.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
- Previous experience in construction project stores will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily stores operations at assigned project sites.
- Receive, inspect, record, and issue construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent losses and damages.
- Prepare inventory reports and stock movement records.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.
- Support project teams by ensuring timely availability of required materials.
